Each item received undergoes a detailed inspection at the point of collection to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Should we identify any damage or imperfections, our team will promptly email you clear photographs so you can contact the vendor.

At Despatch of Southampton, all items are electronically documented and carefully catalogued upon arrival. Designers and clients are provided with access to their online inventory through our secure online system, allowing you to easily review photos and information for each item.
